Assistant Manager, The Studio at Kearny Point We seek a full or part-time experienced and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Ciel Productions, d/b/a, The Studio at Kearny Point.
The Manager position at Ciel Productions LLC will oversee the studio's operations, including scheduling, production, client deliverables, maintenance, facilities, equipment, and technology.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing or helping to manage a creative or production-based business and will be able to demonstrate their ability to maximize operational efficiency to increase output, productivity, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Work with clients to facilitate production.
Assist with managing the studio's production schedule, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction.
Coordinate the delivery of client deliverables, including final products and project documentation.
Maintain studio facilities, equipment, IT, data security, and technology, ensuring everything is in order and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Monitor the studio's financial performance and take steps to improve gross revenue and profitability.
Provide leadership, education, and guidance to the studio's team of employees and contractors.
Produce a steady stream of proprietary social media and promotional content to market the studio and increase awareness of its services among potential clients while ensuring the promotional content aligns with the company's brand and message.
Identify, cultivate, develop, and maintain an active portfolio of freelance editors, production assistants, and audio, video, and effect technicians to add-in redundancy, support the studio's production needs, and ensure high-quality output.
