Responsibilities:
Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff Screen patients & document basic medical history Schedule appointments Update and file medical records and insurance reports Follow up with patients and update patient chart Assist during medical examinations Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments Escort patients to exam rooms
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields a plus Bilingual English/Portuguese Positive attitude Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Job Type:
