How you make a difference:
HOLD Qualifications & Requirements:
Education Required qualifications are possession of a Doctorate in Medicine or Osteopathy and completion of the requisite post-graduate training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Experience Board eligibility or certification in obstetrics and gynecology and an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state or states where services are to be performed or supervised.
Licenses/Certifications Able to obtain board certification on the appropriate schedule; complete the required number of hours of continuing medical education in obstetrics and gynecology to maintain licensure in the state or states where services are to be performed or supervised.
Maintain a current unrestricted DEA license and any applicable state controlled substances licenses.
