Greet visitors, answer phones and complete paperwork and documentation in a timely manner and following all confidentiality specifications.
Manage and schedule meetings and reporting deadlines.
Support the program director in all administrative aspects for the 7TH & Madison Case Management and Direct Support Programs, which supports families with intellectual and developmental disabilities, community resources, kinship care, youth and adult well-being.
Duties and Responsibilities Virtually greet all persons contacting 7TH & Madison Extensions of Empowerment (7TH & Madison) and follow front desk protocols and confidentiality procedures Provide telephone coverage for office, including call transferring and taking messages Manage program petty cash needs Manage all program vehicles, including maintenance Perform clerical task as needed for programs, including billing functions and word processing Complete all paperwork and service documentation in a timely manner including but not limited to program reconciliations and office inventory reports Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Attend and participate in on-site meetings and community events as needed This job is right for you if you Are self-motivated Are reliable and do what it takes to meet deadlines Can take direction from others and value communication Are open minded and enjoy a challenge Can work independently and as a team Are a problem solver Required Skills:

Bi-lingual, fluent in both English and Spanish preferred.
Experience working with the ID/DD adult population for at least 1-2 years.
