Fluency in SPANISH is a plus! Good communication skills Must be competent and able to handle high call volume when necessary Basic computational skills required (Microsoft Windows) Proficient time management and attention-to-detail skills Decision-making and problem solving must Should be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
