About the position:
+ To assist customers by coordinating in shop engine service work, opening and processing work orders and invoices, scheduling, ensuring availability of parts and verification/documentation of warranties
Opening, quoting and invoicing work orders.
Responsible for keeping the customers and service group notified of the status of the repair.
Assign repairs to technicians and supervise the repair process.
File and update warranty claims. Work with the service group to achieve service department goals.
Work with service writer to set repair schedules.
Work to assure the repair process is followed on every repair.
Ensure excellent communication between internal and external customers.
Assist in review/hiring process of technicians
Review technician productivity ? Work Order Specific
Assist Parts Dept with warranty material inventory.
Bachelor?s degree preferred. High school degree required.
3-5 years experience with auto or diesel products (mechanical and electronic engines), Cummins product experience preferred but not necessary
Computer experience required - Ability to use e-mails programs and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
Must have knowledge and understanding of warranty policies and procedures.
Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2nd Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
